Kids had their own space, and the location was perfect-right by everything fun. The complimentary toiletries were a good surprise!
The check-in was a bit of a mystery, as I played hide and seek with the front door! And don't get me started on the stairs. They're a workout!

It's great-sized with spotlessly clean bathrooms. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, slept really good.

Spacious quadruple room with en-suite showers.
The first issue was the dreadful check-in process. We had to wait outside, playing a game of hide and seek with the locked front door. To add insult to injury, there were so many stairs to navigate, I reminded me of I was training for a marathon after a long day exploring Blackpool. I also encountered terrible room layout problems. The fan in the bathroom was improperly installed in the sleeping area was nice that infiltrated the room.

New-fashioned & good sized rooms with included wardrobe as well as bedroom. All in all marvellous setting next to town centre, the Beach, Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens, North Pier, Coral Island Casino, Sea Life and coral island and all the other areas. Very amiable and excellent staff and management.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

Warm ambiance and a fantastic view
The bed was comfortable, and the view overlooking the vibrant streets of Blackpool was a real treat. I think the check-in process could be improved as I had to wait outside for a bit before someone arrived to let me in.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and main attractions.
The front door was locked upon arrival, and it was unclear that we needed to check in at the adjoining takeaway.

Consider packing light, as there are many stairs to access the rooms, which can be strenuous after a long day.

I loved how clean the room was! The overall location is a win too, just steps from everything. Watch out for the front door issue and the key deposit miscommunication though! 😬

The quadruple room layout was superb for a family. Cleanliness was a strong point, and the staff's willingness to store our bags after check-out made for stress-free sightseeing. Location-wise, it was just moments from the central pier and shops, made everything easily accessible. The small hamburgers available nearby were a hit with the kids.

I celebrated my birthday at niro's with my family, and it totally was so good! The quadruple room was huge, with en-suite showers and tvs for everyone. We loved how clean and spacious everything was, especially for the price, just £90 for 2 nights!
the check-in process was a bit confusing.
